We use different techniques to complete paint stripping jobs depending on the type of wheels and the paint involved.  Most of the time, a simple paint stripping process is ideal to clear away chipped or damaged paint coats so we can then add a new one.  But sometimes, there can be tougher paint involved and that’s where shot blasting is used.  This helps to remove tougher paint and prepare the wheel for refurbishment as well as a new spray coat of paint.

Before we apply the new coat of paint, we will repair any cracks or conduct any welding work that is needed.  This creates a smooth new surface on the alloys that will mean they look great when painted.
